Less handover means less confusion and better control of the end result.
The jobs that suit us are the ones that need more than one trade and need the work to stay joined up. We are not interested in a messy handover where the finish gets treated like somebody else's problem.
If the job needs structural work, bathrooms, kitchens, plastering, tiling, carpentry and final detailing, we would rather keep that standard in one place.
